Microsoft announced today the completion of it $500 million acquisition of Danger. Microsoft plans to create a Premium Mobile Experiences (PMX) team, within the Mobile Communications Business, which will integrate Danger. Danger co-founders Matt Hershenson and Joe Britt will become part of Microsoft’s PMX team, while employees over at Danger will continue to work from their current offices.
