The Wall Street Journal has reported that talks between Microsoft and Yahoo! have ended without a deal. Yahoo! has said that Microsoft was no longer interested in a take-over even at $33 a share. Yahoo! also decided that a search only deal with Microsoft is not the best way to go.
Update: TechCrunch is reporting that Yahoo! along with Google will announce their own search related deal at 1:30 PST.
