In what will be Bill Gates’s last keynote as Chairman of Microsoft, TechEd 2008 brought a few new features to Silverlight, Microsoft’s Flash competitor. Microsoft announced Beta 2 of Silverlight 2 will be released later this week with a Go Live license for production, which enables developers to begin building and deploying Silverlight 2.0 applications.
