Zune Insider is reporting today that Microsoft will add 400 new episodes to Zune Marketplace. The content will boost Microsoft’s offerings by 50%. They are also adding a new network, USA. Pricing will remain the same at 160 Microsoft Points per episode or $1.99.

Photosynth featured in CSI: NY

Photosynth, Microsoft’s software and technology which takes a large collection of similar photos and recreates them in a 3D space, was featured in an episode of CSI:NY broadcasted May 1, 2008. The crew used the technology to identify a murder victim and also later on to identify another suspect.

MSN Money to offer unique video content with MoneyTrack

Microsoft announced today it has signed an agreement to bring video segments to its MSN Money from popular series “MoneyTrack,” which airs on PBS stations. The move is right on time for the U.S. National Financial Literacy Month. MoneyTrack will begin offerings with segments from its popular “Scam Alerts.” Source
